“Why don’t I just send the money?”

This is one of the most frequent questions I get from first time users of the SympliFi app in the U.K. and E.U. I’m always shocked that people cannot see the answer to that question right before them. I understand that things have been done in a certain way for a long time, so the thought of doing it differently might be uncomfortable or confusing at first. So when I get this question, I take a deep breath, get into explanation mode and 2 mins after the user is excited about the concept and eager to transact.

At this point you are probably wondering what I mean by “you don’t have to send money” and what gets the users excited about transacting on our app after my explanation, don’t worry I promise you’d love it too. Let me mention that this solution is more suitable for business funding use cases, now that is cleared up I'll delve into more intricate details.

Picture someone in Nigeria being able to access low interest loans anytime they need money for business just because someone in the U.K. or E.U. backed the loan. They get a loan, repay and can borrow again as many times as needed and this could be done with a single deposit locked in your SympliFi account which will eventually be refunded plus cash rewards when they no longer need your help to access an affordable loan.

Giving someone access to affordable credit for business activities is a better way to help them, they learn to build their own wealth with pride and dignity. SympliFi helps you do this without worrying about parting with your money, transfer charges etc. This is a sustainable approach to growing wealth within our community. So, No you don’t have to send money.
